the principle of heat transfer

The difference between the plate change and the sleeve heat exchange is divided from the heating method of living hot water. There are two main types of thermal and volumetric forms, namely thermal models and tubes. Two kinds.

First, the principle of heat transfer: the sleeve heat exchanger is the tube heat transfer, the living hot water sleeve is nestled in the main heat exchanger, and the hot water is prioritized by the pump. The water pump stops working when living in hot water is ruing, and the hot water is heated in a high temperature water in the main heat exchange. The board is switched through a plate heat exchanger to heat the electric fireplace manufacturer  hot water, and the priority operation of the hot water is completed by the electric three-way valve. When there is a hot water demand, the electric three-way valve will be inside the main heat exchange. The high temperature water introduction plate is heated to heat the hot water.

Second, the technical contrast: 1. The comfort of the hot water is moderately uses the living hot water process. When the user temporarily tu off the production of hot water and opens in a short time, because the water in the main heat is not flow, the remaining heat of the main heat exchange A high temperature water will continue to heat the hot water in the casing. At this time, there will be a high temperature water when you open your hot water, causing hot water and extremely hot, or even bus. On-board heat exchange form can be completely avoided, and hot water is safe and comfortable.

2, fouling When heating, the high temperature water will continue to heat the hot water in the casing, resulting in high temperature fouling; when the use of hot water is used or temporarily closed, due to the water in the main heat, the main heat The heat of the heat exchanger and a high temperature water continue to heat the hot water in the sleeve, which will cause high temperature fouling. As the use time increases, scale is getting worse, affecting the use efficiency of wall-hung fuace, especially water quality. In a harder area, there is often blocked phenomenon. Water temperature is generally limited to 60 ° C or lower (the actual use of water temperature is 50 ° C below 50 ° C), and the disassembly and cleaning of the plate change is also very convenient for 60 ° C below 50 ° C. 3, life life When the use of hot water is used or temporarily closed, since the water in the main heat is not flowing, the waste heat of the main heat exchange caot be taken away in time, causing local high temperature, affecting the service life. Plate changed heat transfer form When the water pump is latency after the end of life, it can effectively avoid local high temperatures. Third, the structure and price comparison: the casing machine has no electric three-way valve valve, there is no separate living hot water heat exchanger, so the structure and control are simple, the price is relatively cheap.
The board is exchanged due to increasing the living hot water plate replacement and electric three-way valve, and the inteal components are relatively large, the price is also expensive. The casing is generally referred to as an economical model, and the board is called a comfort model. Fourth, the product model comparison: the casing machine is easy to foul, and there will be overheating during the start and stop of the hot water. The heat exchanger is determined that the casing is impossible to do too much, the power of the casing machine Located 18,24kw, the current market is up to 28kW. The switch can effectively reduce the risk of fouling from the structure, design, function and use. Effectively avoid the overheating of the casing in the start-stop process, and the comfort of hygienic hot water is higher.
